Using Privé

Privé NZ is the trading name for an independent-provider listing and enquiry platform in Aotearoa New Zealand. Providers act independently: they choose their own services, availability and rates, and decide whether to respond to an enquiry. Privé provides the website, listing and moderation tools; providers and customers arrange any services directly between themselves. These terms apply when you browse the site, create an account, submit a listing or use Privé. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Signup asks users to confirm this. Before a provider profile is approved for publication, a moderator must visually review the provider and their original photo ID, and confirm the person is at least 18. This is not a background check, recommendation or guarantee of anyone’s identity or conduct.

Keep your sign-in details private and use your account only for lawful, respectful activity. Do not impersonate another person, harass anyone, threaten anyone, or use Privé to arrange activity without the other person’s clear agreement.

02

Your provider profile

You choose your display name, description, location, availability, services, rates and whether to share optional profile details. You are responsible for keeping your listing accurate and current, and for having the rights, permissions and approvals needed for anything you submit. Privé provides tools to host and display a listing; each provider controls their own profile and decides whether to respond to an enquiry. A listing or moderation decision is not a recommendation or endorsement of a provider or their services. Privé suggests NZ$150 for one hour of full service as an industry reference only. This is not a minimum or requirement; providers remain free to set their own prices.

Before approving a new provider listing, a moderator arranges an in-person or live-video check of original government photo ID to visually compare the person and photo and confirm the person is at least 18. The provider’s public listing shows whether this check was recorded. The check does not examine criminal history or guarantee future conduct.

Restricted service phrasing is not accepted in profiles, tags or rate notes. Profile submission and media are reviewed before publication. Moderators may decline, request changes to, or suspend a listing or media item if it appears to breach these terms or raises a safety concern. You can save a private draft without submitting it.

03

Your information and choices

Gender, age, nationality, ethnicity, appearance details and suburb are optional. They are private by default. If you switch on a public display choice, that detail can be seen by people viewing your published profile. You can turn public display off from your profile studio at any time. A phone number remains private unless you explicitly choose to show it; then visitors can use device call/text links. WhatsApp opens a third-party service.

Availability, hours, and rates are private unless you choose to show them. Privé does not ask for your date of birth, identity number, passport, driver licence or raw identity documents on Privé. See the separate Privacy Notice for how Privé handles account and profile data.

Privé uses Netlify for website hosting and analytics, Supabase for accounts and app data (primary project region: Sydney, Australia), and Cloudflare R2 for a separate provider-media recovery copy (APAC location hint, best effort only). Google Fonts and jsDelivr provide browser-loaded page resources. These services may process technical information outside New Zealand. See the Privacy Notice for details. Supabase Auth email and account messages are sent through Resend. For privacy requests, contact Privé NZ using the email in the Privacy Notice.

04

Photos and video

Upload only media you created or have explicit permission or a suitable licence to use. You must have permission from the photographer/copyright owner and each identifiable adult shown. A photo being visible on another website does not make it free to copy. Do not download, screenshot, hotlink, watermark, or reuse another website’s provider photos, videos, logos, profile wording, or advertisements.

Never upload images of anyone under 18, intimate images shared without consent, identity documents, or another person’s private information. You keep ownership of your own media. By uploading it, you let Privé store, review and display it only to operate your profile and the directory. It stays private until approved and your listing is published. You can remove your media from the studio.

05

Provider subscription and billing

Eligible providers may be offered a free trial for the period shown in their account. No card is collected and a trial does not automatically convert into a paid plan. Privé may send account notices, including a reminder before a recorded trial ends. If no paid plan is active at expiry, the public listing becomes inactive; the account and profile remain available to the provider.

Privé Pro pricing, billing period, included features, cancellation and refund terms are not yet set. No paid subscription is available on Privé and checkout is not connected; no payment is taken. Any future paid plan will show its full terms before checkout and require the provider's explicit consent. Privé subscription fees are for listing/platform access only. Providers and customers arrange and pay for any underlying services directly between themselves; Privé does not process or hold those service payments.

06

Local venue advertisements

Venue ads are limited to general business awareness for massage and escort venues. Each ad requires moderator approval. An ad must not offer, describe, price, solicit, book, or arrange sexual services or prostitution, or direct a reader to someone for those purposes. Venue ads have no external links, phone numbers, booking controls, provider availability, or sexual-service menus. Ads that breach this rule will be declined or removed.

Advertisers must have rights to the business name and wording they submit. They must not use another website’s images, branding, profile text or advertisements. The current venue-ad form accepts text only.

07

Content and intellectual property

Privé’s name, original interface, software, and original site materials belong to their respective rights holders and may not be reused without permission. Providers keep ownership of the media and writing they create. They give Privé a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, review, and display submitted content only to operate the service, while their profile is active or as needed to handle a moderation or legal issue.

Do not copy or upload another person’s or website’s photographs, videos, logos, trade marks, profile text, or advertisements unless you hold the relevant rights and permissions. You are responsible for confirming those rights before upload.

08

Respect, safety and moderation

We want every provider to be treated with dignity. Customers must communicate respectfully, accept boundaries, and understand that a provider can decline or not answer an enquiry. No one is entitled to a response or to services. Privé displays listings and provides an enquiry route; it does not select or recommend a provider, book or supervise meetings, or guarantee how another person will act. Providers and customers decide for themselves whether and how to meet or engage, and arrange any services directly between themselves. Use good judgement when sharing details or meeting someone you do not know.

Use the report or block features when available. You can also report a safety, profile or media concern to prive.nz.support@gmail.com; do not email passwords or identity documents. Privé may restrict access to protect users and the service. If you believe a listing or media item creates an immediate safety concern, do not engage with it.

09

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as Privé develops. The current version will be posted on the site. If a change materially affects an active paid plan, users will be shown the updated terms before any new paid subscription is taken.

For platform support, contact Privé NZ at prive.nz.support@gmail.com. See the separate Privacy Notice for information about data the website collects and how to make a privacy request.

New Zealand law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute about them may be brought before the New Zealand courts, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
